Watch D.O.G.S. and Watch M.O.M.S.
Watch D.O.G.S. (Dads of Great Students) and Watch M.O.M.S. (Moms of Marvelous Students) is a K-5 program. The program invites fathers, mothers, grandfathers, uncles, aunts and/or other parental figures to volunteer at least one day at their student’s school during the school year. The goal of the program is to help every school in America be positively influenced by the committed involvement of the fathers, mothers and other parental figures in lives of their children and students.
Watch D.O.G.S. and Watch M.O.M.S volunteers perform a variety of tasks during their volunteer day. These tasks include monitoring the school entrance, assisting with unloading and loading of buses and cars, monitoring the lunch room and helping in the classroom with a teacher’s guidance by working with small groups of students.
This is important to your student! See how proud your student will be! You can eat lunch with your student and you will receive a free T-Shirt!
To sign up please go to the Brownell Elementary school cafeteria.
Volunteers please arrive to school by 8:45a.m. on your chosen date to receive a schedule and packet of information!
